HOW WE HANDLE THE EVIDENCE

Clarity has a method.

Every source has a context. Every finding has limits. Our editorial approach makes both visible.

Prefer primary sources.

Study entries link to the original publication through a source page such as PubMed or the publisher. Summaries identify the study model or population, methods where available, outcomes, and material limitations.

Regulatory and clinical information requires current official product-specific sources. A commercial seller’s claims and a social media infographic do not establish a finding.

Label the setting.

Human-derived cells in a dish remain an in-vitro experiment. Animal treatment results are not clinical outcomes. Changes in biomarkers are distinct from changes in how a person feels, functions, or survives.

Keep uncertainty visible.

Incomplete evidence reviews are marked explicitly. We do not invent study outcomes, reviewer identities, source identifiers, approval status, laboratory certificates, or recommended protocols.

Publication and individual medical decisions are different activities. The calculators only transform user-entered numbers; the anatomy viewer illustrates concepts. Neither selects a treatment.

Version procedural content.

Procedural lessons require documented approval from a verified clinical reviewer before publication. A change to the lesson or its dependent content invalidates earlier approval. The local demonstration is not clinically reviewed training.

Correct the record.

Send the relevant page and primary source through Contact to propose a correction. Published content can be revised, archived, and restored through administration with an audit history.
