Know what stays where.
This notice describes the application’s implemented data handling. The deployment owner must supply their identity, contact details, retention periods, and applicable policies before public launch.
Public browsing and local preferences.
Public pages do not require an account. The application stores a theme preference and local demo bookmarks in this browser. It does not include advertising trackers or third-party marketing analytics.
The site’s fonts and human model are served locally. Primary-source links take you to external websites only when you open them; those websites apply their own privacy policies.
Connected account data.
When configured, Supabase handles authentication and stores your profile, account preferences, bookmarks, and explicitly saved calculator scenarios. Access policies restrict personal records to the account owner.
Unsaved calculator inputs remain in the current interface. They are not automatically sent to analytics or saved to your account.
Orders, payments and reviews.
Supabase stores order items, contact and delivery details, payment references, shipment updates and refund requests. Customers can access their own records; authorized store staff manage fulfilment, and administrators verify payments and handle refunds. The website does not store card details, wallet private keys or seed phrases. Crypto transfers are public on their blockchain.
When email delivery is enabled, Resend receives the recipient address and order email content, including items, delivery details and relevant tracking or refund updates. Crypto quotes request public exchange rates from CoinGecko without sending your order or account details. Approved reviews publish only the name, rating and review text you provide, product association and review date; your email and order identifiers remain private.
Website chat.
Chat questions are sent to the website server to find answers in public site content. Up to 40 recent messages are remembered in this browser tab using session storage, including across page reloads. Recognized sensitive or clinical requests and their paired replies are excluded from this stored memory. Clear conversation removes it; closing the tab normally ends its storage session, although browser session-restoration features may restore it. Chat is not saved to your account or the database. A short-lived anonymous cookie limits request abuse; it contains no messages or account details.
Peptoryn AI is enabled by default when you use chat. It sends your question, up to 20 recent messages, the page pathname and relevant public site content to the configured AI service. This website currently uses DeepSeek; Google Gemini and OpenAI are supported alternative configurations. Provider processing and retention policies apply; the application does not promise that provider data stays in your country or is immediately deleted. Google’s eligible unpaid services may use content for improvement and human review. OpenAI response storage is disabled. Do not include passwords, payment details or medical records. Clear conversation removes this tab’s memory. Contact handoff opens the form; it does not submit a message automatically.
Contact and administration.
Submitting Contact stores the supplied name, email, subject, and message in the configured database for authorized staff. Do not include medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
Administrative changes create audit and revision records. Contact abuse protection additionally stores a digest of the submitted email address. The application does not collect IP addresses for that mechanism; hosting services may independently maintain access logs.
Deployment and retention.
The application source does not determine the provider’s storage region, retention settings, backups, or legal obligations. These must be selected and disclosed by the operator. This development notice must be reviewed before a public launch.
In local demo mode, accounts and remote submissions are unavailable. You can remove individual browser bookmarks using their save controls, or clear the site’s local browser data.
